Due to the time and effort it takes to complete a personalized cup I require a 50% deposit up front.
Once we have discussed initial design and you agree to terms, the deposit is no longer refundable.
***If for some reason the cup is not what your hopes and dreams were made of, an additional fee will be added for starting over/altering the cup.
Once Deposit is paid - I acknowledge that I read terms and conditions listed on said invoice.
Shipping for most items will be $7.25 if ordering a large item or multiple items shipping could vary
